3D-2C-DPT in live cells

A three-dimensional two-color dual-particle tracking (3D-2C-DPT) technique that can simultaneously localize two spectrally distinct targets in 3D with a time resolution down to 5 ms. Since each target is individually localized, a wealth of data were extracted, such as 3D position, 2D rotation, and the separation distance between targets. This technique is applied in monitoring DNA conformational changes and antibody-conjugated nanoparticle landings on cells




In this book, 19 Taiwanese shared their stories and struggles with readers to encourage them to escape their comfort zone, to dream big, and to achieve bigger.
