3D-2C-DPT in live cells

A three-dimensional two-color dual-particle tracking (3D-2C-DPT) technique that can simultaneously localize two spectrally distinct targets in 3D with a time resolution down to 5 ms. Since each target is individually localized, a wealth of data were extracted, such as 3D position, 2D rotation, and the separation distance between targets. This technique is applied in monitoring DNA conformational changes and antibody-conjugated nanoparticle landings on cells
